SiteOffsets.[xml|txt] is an [xml|txt] file of unfiltered offsets from SOPAC 
analyze_tseri processing (formerly from matlab processing until 3/3/2011).  

measuresCombUnfSiteOffsets.[xml|txt] is an [xml|txt] file of unfiltered 
offsets from the MEASURES combination analyze_tseri processing 
(formerly from matlab processing until 3/3/2011).  

These offsets have been manually identified, and then analyze_tseri estimates 
the magnitudes and offsets.  Time series can be viewed at:

http://geodemo-c.ucsd.edu/gridsphere

login as guest/guest, and select the "Time Series" tab.  

The time series plots show these offsets as vertical lines, 
indicating the offset has been removed from the time series
(unless they are co-seismic, in which case there is no vertical line,
and the solid model line should follow the offset shown in the data points).
Click the "Show Model Terms" button for all motion model term info for a site.
